New Rule :P

The show is "Doctor Who"

 Not "Dr. Who" 

 The character is "The Doctor"

 Not "Doctor Who, or Dr. Who"

 So anyone who goes by these rules and watches the show, may keep their title as "Whovian".

 Anyone who goes against these rules and watches the show, will gain the title "Wholigan".
